1. The service
Apollo Group TV provides a streaming service giving subscribers access to live TV channels and on-demand content over the internet. Intended for personal, domestic use by paying subscribers in the United States.
2. Account registration
You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate details, and keep your activation code confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscription and payment
Plans are prepaid (1, 3, 6, 12 or 24-month). Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and applicable sales tax may apply. Payment is processed by Stripe and partners. There is no automatic renewal.
4. Free trial
A 24-hour free trial is available for new users with no credit card required. Trial expires automatically.
5. Acceptable use
- No sharing, rebroadcasting, reselling or distributing the service to third parties.
- No reverse-engineering or tampering with the Apollo Group TV app.
- No use for any illegal purpose.
6. Refunds
Governed by our refund policy — 7-day money-back guarantee.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Channel line-ups may change.
8. Limitation of liability
Apollo Group TV is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law
Governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in the courts of Delaware.
