Apollo Group TV — Login & Account Access
Apollo Group TV uses a single-code activation system — no username or password. This page explains exactly how to log in, how to recover your code, and how to switch devices.
How Apollo Group TV login actually works
When you subscribe, we email you a one-line activation code that looks like APL-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. That single code is your login. You paste it into the Apollo Group TV app once per device and the app stays signed in until the subscription expires or you log out.
Step-by-step login
- Open the Apollo Group TV app on your Firestick / Android TV / Shield / phone.
- On first launch you'll see a single text field labelled Activation Code.
- Type the code from your order email (case-insensitive, dashes optional).
- Tap Activate. The app validates the code against our servers (takes ~2 seconds).
- You're in — channel list loads, EPG populates, start watching.
Lost your activation code?
Email help@catchontv1.email from the address you used at checkout. Include your name. We'll resend within an hour. If you paid by Cash App or PayPal, quoting the transaction ID speeds this up.
Switching devices
Your Apollo Group TV plan includes up to 5 simultaneous connections. To log in on a new device: install the app, paste the same activation code. If you've hit your connection limit, log out of one device first (app Settings → Log Out). Alternatively, the support team can free a connection slot remotely.
Common login issues
- "Invalid code" — double-check the dashes and letters;
Ovs0is the usual culprit. - "Subscription expired" — renew at the pricing page; your old activation code will work on the renewed plan.
- "Connection limit reached" — log out of an existing device or email support for a remote slot reset.
- App crashes on login — usually a cache issue. Clear app cache (Android Settings → Apps → Apollo Group TV → Storage → Clear cache) and retry.
