Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 21, 2026

In plain English

We collect the bare minimum to deliver your Apollo Group TV subscription — your name, email, and phone for order verification. We don't sell your data. We don't track you across the web. Payment info never touches our servers — Stripe, PayPal, and Cash App handle that. If you want your data deleted, email us and we delete it.

This Privacy Policy explains how Apollo Group TV (apollogroupiptv.tv) handles the information you give us when you sign up, pay, or contact support. We comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. What we collect

Only what we need to deliver the service. That's it.

  • Your name and email when you sign up for a trial or paid plan.
  • A phone number at checkout — strictly for order verification on flagged transactions.
  • Payment details, processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Cash App. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Basic technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and the page that sent you here.

2. What we use it for

The same things you'd expect any honest service to use it for:

  • Creating your account and emailing your activation code.
  • Answering you when you contact support.
  • Spotting abuse and fraud — chargebacks, code-sharing, that kind of thing.
  • Sending service-related emails. We don't send marketing unless you opt in.

3. Who we share it with

We don't sell, rent, or trade your data. Period. Payment processors handle transactions on their end and never give us card numbers. The only time we'd hand information over is if a US federal or state court actually requires it — and that's never happened.

4. Cookies

Essential session cookies only — the kind that keep you logged in. No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, nothing that follows you around the internet.

5. Your CCPA rights

If you live in California (or anywhere, honestly — we apply these rights to everyone), you can ask us to:

  • Show you what personal information we have on file.
  • Delete that information.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Opt out of the sale of your data — though, again, we don't sell it.

Email help@catchontv1.email with the subject "Privacy request" and we handle it within 30 days. We won't penalise you for asking.

6. How long we keep things

Account data: as long as you're a subscriber, plus a short grace period after. Financial records: 7 years, because the IRS requires it. After that, we delete them.

7. Security

Every connection to apollogroupiptv.tv runs over 256-bit SSL — same encryption your bank uses. Payment info is tokenised by Stripe before it ever reaches our infrastructure. Strict access controls on our end mean only the engineers who need data to fix something can see it.

8. Questions?

Email help@catchontv1.email. A real person reads it. Typical response is under an hour.
