DMCA Policy

Apollo Group TV respects the intellectual-property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) of 1998.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you believe content accessible through Apollo Group TV infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at help@catchontv1.email including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
- A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Response procedure
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Apollo Group TV will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material expeditiously and notify the content source.
3. Counter-notice
If material was removed by mistake, a counter-notice may be submitted per Section 512(g) of the DMCA.
4. Repeat infringers
Apollo Group TV terminates the accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers, as required by the DMCA.
