2. How to request
Email help@catchontv1.email from the same address used at checkout with subject line "Refund Request". Include your order number and a brief reason.
3. Processing time
Once approved, refund returns in 3–5 business days. Crypto refunds take slightly longer.
4. Exclusions
- Requests submitted more than 7 days after the original payment.
- Accounts terminated for breach of Terms of Service.
