We'd rather you walk away with your money than stay subscribed to a service you don't like. So Apollo Group TV ships with a 7-day money-back guarantee — no complicated forms, no hard questions, no fine-print escape hatches.

1. Who's eligible

Anyone who submits a refund request within 7 days of their first Apollo Group TV payment. First-time subscribers, basically. If it's been longer than a week, the window has closed and we can't issue a refund — though we'll still help you fix whatever the issue is.

2. How to ask for one

Email help@catchontv1.email from the same address you used at checkout. Subject line: "Refund Request". Drop in your order number and a sentence on what didn't work — that's it. We don't grill you. Most refunds are approved within an hour of the email landing.

3. How long it takes to land

Once approved, the money is back in your account in 3–5 business days for cards and PayPal. Cash App is usually faster — sometimes the same day. Crypto refunds take a touch longer because of network confirmation times.

4. The fine print (small, not sneaky)

A few situations the 7-day guarantee doesn't cover:

• Requests sent more than 7 days after the original payment.
• Accounts we've terminated for breaching the Terms of Service — code-sharing, reselling, that sort of thing.
• Streaming problems caused by your own internet connection or device. We'll happily help you troubleshoot, but a slow connection isn't a refund reason.

5. Try it first if you're unsure

Honestly, the cleanest path is the free 24-hour trial. No credit card. Test stream quality, sports, and the VOD library on your own Firestick before you pay a cent. If it works for 24 hours straight on your hardware, it'll work for 12 months too.
